Professional Summary

Professional Summary

I am a hydropower operations and administrative professional with a background in computer engineering and hands-on experience in site-based working environments. My work sits between operations, administration, documentation, reporting, and technology, where keeping information accurate and day-to-day activities organized is an important part of keeping a workplace running smoothly.

In my current role, I work across both powerhouse operations and site administration, supporting operational logging, turbine monitoring, SCADA-based operation, outage reporting, plant documentation, inventory, attendance, diesel monitoring, and coordination with operations, maintenance, and management teams. These responsibilities have taught me that dependable work is often built through small things done consistently — accurate records, timely communication, careful follow-up, and accountability.

My diploma in computer engineering has also shaped the way I approach practical problems. I enjoy using digital tools, office applications, data, and technology to organize information and make everyday workflows clearer and more efficient. Rather than seeing technology and operations as separate areas, I see them as complementary parts of modern professional work.

I value discipline, accuracy, continuous learning, teamwork, and practical problem-solving. I am comfortable working in environments where priorities can change, coordination matters, and responsibilities need to be handled with care. As I continue developing professionally, I aim to build broader capabilities across hydropower operations, administration, reporting, and technology while contributing wherever organized and dependable work is needed.

Personal Thought

I believe a meaningful career is built gradually — through curiosity, patience, discipline, and the willingness to keep learning. Every professional journey begins somewhere, often with more questions than answers, and that is perfectly natural.

My decision to build my career in the hydropower field came from a desire to learn through real work, take responsibility, and grow through experience. I have learned that progress is not always about making a big move; sometimes, it is simply about becoming a little better at what we do each day.

Early challenges, limited experience, and modest beginnings are not barriers to success. They are part of the process. With consistency, patience, and a willingness to learn from every opportunity, small efforts gradually become valuable experience.

For me, career growth is not only about a better position or higher earnings. It is about becoming more capable, dependable, and prepared for the opportunities ahead — while staying open to learning something new along the way.
